This Privacy Policy explains how Creative AI Partner ("CAP", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use CAP Creative AI Partner (the "Service").

• Account data — name, email address, and authentication identifiers, managed through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Profile data — phone number and how you intend to use CAP, collected during onboarding.
• Content — prompts you write, reference images you upload, and the images/videos you generate.
• Usage & billing data — credits consumed, generation history, plan status, and transaction records.
• Technical data — IP-derived country (for currency display), browser and device information, and anonymized analytics.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• To process payments and manage your subscription and credits;
• To generate content via third-party AI providers based on your input;
• To send transactional emails (e.g., subscription renewal reminders);
• To monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service;
• To understand aggregate usage through privacy-friendly analytics.

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors to operate the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and account management;
• Supabase — database and file storage;
• fal.ai and underlying AI model providers — content generation;
• Anthropic — AI analysis of reference images;
• Midtrans — payment processing;
• Resend — transactional email;
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.

Your prompts and reference uploads are transmitted to AI providers solely to fulfil your generation requests, subject to their respective policies.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Generated outputs are cached for a limited period to ensure reliable access. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
